When you don’t even consider your thoughts, you won’t even think about your problem. If you think too much, you will always be able to find yourself in the same problem. I am not saying that you should be constantly thinking about your problems, and that you should do what you are thinking about, but you should always think about your problems. The more you think about how you are feeling. the more it will become apparent to you.
I love how you say it will come to you. I am always so surprised when I learn the hard way that Ive been doing whatever I want to do, thinking that I am doing great, that I am in control, and that I should just take my ball and go home. But of course, I never do.
As far as I know, this is a thing that we all do to some degree. But the hard work comes when we are aware of it. We have to stop and remind ourselves that we are not in control. If we are, then we can be a bit more patient and understanding, instead of thinking we are doing our own thing.
